The Center, an intergalactic dictatorship, sends an Agent to Earth to study humans. The agent settled in Córdoba, during the time of the presidential elections of 2015. Collecting information, he discovers a mysterious "secret" that will connect him to the origins of life and the universe. He contacts other agents behind the back of his government, endangering his life and the stability of the Center itself.
